Bugaboo Pushchairs

The aim for Bugaboo was to design a pushchair that could be used both in the city and for leisure pursuits, with more of a focus on the parent.

The result of a final design project at the design academy in Eindhoven in 1994, Max Barenbrug tried to interest pushchair manufacturers in his innovative design - but none were interested.

The design was considered to be far too revolutionary. However, Barenbrug had huge conviction and also had support from his physician and brother-in-law, Eduard Zanen. They decided to manufacture the design themselves and in 1999, the first Bugaboo pushchair appeared in the streets of Holland.

The Bugaboo pushchair increases freedom of movement and it looks quite cute too.

Bugaboo Cameleon Pushchair

The following coordinating accessories for the Bugaboo Cameleon are also available: parasol, changing bag and footmuff.

Bugaboo Frog

The Bugaboo Frog is a small, one-piece foldable pushchair for parents who are always on the move. This model has some remarkable features: front swivel wheels and all-terrain back wheels, two-wheel option for beach or snow; reversible handlebars; and a 3-position, back or forwards facing seat. This is the buggy to own, both in terms of 'wow' factor and practicality.
