Alan Halsall, owner and Managing Director of David Halsall International founded the new Silver Cross Pushchair in 2002. The Lifestyle Collection followed a year later - which included the multi-award winning 3-in-1 Sleepover. The Silver Cross Lifestyle Collection now includes strollers, travel systems, combinations and in-car safety.

Silver Cross was originally founded by William Wilson in 1877. Wilson was a prolific inventor of baby carriages and had over 30 registered patents. The original Silver Cross Prams or carriages were sought after by the rich and royalty. Although Silver Cross strollers may look very different to the carriages of old, the attention to detail and style has not been compromised.

Silver Cross Cruiser Pushchair

The Silver Cross Cruiser Pushchair in denim fabric is a lightweight and compact pushchair designed to be simple and yet comfortable.

The main features of the Silver Cross Cruiser Pushchair are:

• Lightweight anodized aluminium chassis makes it easy to carry

• Folds compactly using a unique folding action, so it's simple to store

• Seat reclines easily with adjustable drawstrings and is large and padded making it comfortable for baby

• It has a multi-position hood with side venting so that baby will be protected from the elements

• Lockable twin front swivel wheels make steering easier

• Comes with a raincover, footmuff, apron and matching changing bag
