Ordering Pushchairs from Argos: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Argos offers two delivery services:

• Smaller items: If the items can be carried reasonably by one person and this usually covers pushchairs, then the item will normally be delivered within 48 hours or on a day of your choice for £4.95. If you require next day delivery before 1pm or delivery on Saturday then this will cost £7.90. Delivery times are 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday and 8am – 2pm on Saturday

• Larger items: If the item requires two delivery men then the cost is still £4.95 but it will take between 7 and 28 days depending on the item, and Argos will usually contact you to agree a delivery date when your order is ready for dispatch. There are two time slots – morning is between 7.30am – 1pm and afternoon is between 12pm – 6pm. Most larger items will also be delivered to the room of your choice.

Ordering Pushchairs from Argos: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you change your mind within 16 days then for most items Argos have a no-quibble 16 day money-back guarantee, where you will get your money back if you return the goods unused in their original packing to your nearest store with the receipt.

If there is a problem with the product you ordered then if it is within 30 days, return the faulty product back to Argos and they will usually offer you a replacement, repair or refund.

If it is after 30 days but within one year of purchase then if you return your pushchair to Argos they will repair it for you, and if Argos cannot repair it then they will give you a replacement pushchair.
