Ordering Pushchairs from Boots: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Boots offer four types of delivery service for your convenience anywhere within the UK, which are as follows:

• Boots Standard Delivery – This costs £3.50 and delivery is usually within 4 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders for over £40 will be delivered for free using this option.
• Boots Next Day Delivery – This costs £5.50. This delivery service is not available if you place an order after 3pm on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, and Bank Holiday weekends. Also any orders with pharmacy items will not be able to use this service.
• Boots Named Weekday Delivery – This costs £4.50 but is not available for heavy or bulky goods
• Boots Named Saturday Delivery – This costs £5.95 and delivery is between 7am and 1pm.

Ordering Pushchairs from Boots: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted items to Boots free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement. All items returned to Boots must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.

To return an item to Boots then send the parcel back to Boots at the post office using the returns label, which includes a freepost label and fill in all the necessary details asked for.
