Ordering Pushchairs from Kiddicare: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Kiddicare provides free delivery within the UK mainland on all orders. However, if you have only ordered the Extra Deal items (these items are pre-fixed with an X in the title description) if your order is below £50 then there is a delivery charge of £4.99. If you have a non-Extra Deal item in your shopping basket then there is no delivery charge.

Kiddicare also have a special offer on orders over £50, where you can buy a set of sun shades for your car for only 1p.

Most orders are dispatched immediately and should arrive in a few working days. However, if the item has to be dispatched from the manufacturer or is a pre-order then this will take longer but this will be shown against the item on the Kiddicare.com site.

Kiddicare use Interlink to deliver so if you are not in during the day then it maybe better to provide an alternative delivery address, otherwise you may need to collect the item from the nearest Interlink depot if they fail to deliver after a couple of attempts.

Ordering Pushchairs from Kiddicare: Refunds and Returns Policy

All items purchased from Kiddicare.com are covered by a 6 month guarantee.

Kiddicare will also exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.

If the product has a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period then Kiddicare.com will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.

Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee.

Kiddicare allow you to cancel an order at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. You will have to pay for the cost of return and you will need to request a Returns Number (RMA) from the website before you send back in order to get the refund.
All refunds go back to your Kiddicare.com account, unless you specify that you want it returned to your credit or debit card.

You can track your order online by entering the Tracking Number on the Kiddicare website, once you receive an e-mail from them when you place an order.

Kiddicare operates a Price Match Plus promise. If you find one of Kiddicare.com's product cheaper on another website (excluding E-Bay) Kiddicare promises to beat that price and give you 20% of the difference between the other sites price and Kiddicare's price.

So, for example, if you find a pushchair or pushchair accessory £10.00 cheaper on another site, Kiddicare not only guarantee to beat their price but they will also give you 20% of the difference i.e. £2.00 in this example.
