The Kids Window standard delivery charge to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland starts from £3.99. The standard delivery charge is higher for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Delivery is usually within 2 – 3 working days excluding weekends, although some items may take longer and this will be shown on The Kids Window website.

Some items can be sent priority delivery, with charges starting from £5.99 to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland. Delivery will be next day.

For orders overseas then you will need to go to the checkout to confirm the cost.

Ordering a Pushchair from The Kids Window: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you find a fault with the item ordered then you can return it to The Kids Window for an exchange or full refund, if you return the item within14 days of receipt. If that was the only item ordered then you will also receive the delivery charge back if you request a refund.

You can also return an item for refund within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, all the labels are intact and you send the item back in its original packing. You will need to state the reason for return.
