Ordering Pushchairs from Mothercare: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Delivery is free to the UK mainland if the order is over £150 or over £100 if you pay using your Mothercare credit card. Orders for less than this are charged at £4.95 per order.

Mothercare aim to deliver your order within 4 working days and if they cannot deliver the order at the first attempt then the order will return to your post office for collection. Some items may take longer to deliver and this will be shown on the Mothercare website. Mothercare will deliver outside the mainland UK but prices vary and may depend on the weight so check their website for details.

Ordering Pushchairs from Mothercare: Refunds and Returns Policy

If the cost of your pushchair is £99.99 or less then your pushchair is guaranteed for 6 months. If your pushchair costs £100 or more then your pushchair is guaranteed for one year.

Mothercare will exchange your pushchair or offer you a refund if it is returned unused within 28 days of purchase or if the pushchair develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee validation period.

Mothercare will exchange or refund most items within 28 days of receipt as long as you can provide proof of purchase, delivery note and the item is returned to Mothercare Direct or your nearest Mothercare store in unused condition.

Ordering Pushchairs from Mothercare: Other Points

• Mothercare will repair your pushchair free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period.

• Mothercare will charge for repairs and spares if the pushchair has been damaged accidentally within the guarantee period or the pushchair is outside the guarantee period.

• While your pushchair is being repaired Mothercare will provide a replacement stroller.
