Delivery charges and options

Free standard delivery on orders over £150.

Notes
•Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore arrive separately but you will only be charged delivery once.
•To qualify for free delivery the value of the items ordered must be £150 or more excluding any delivery charge.
•The next day, named day and Saturday delivery service is subject to availability. When all the available delivery slots on any given day are full a "Fully booked" message will appear and the day will no longer be selectable.
•None selectable days, for example Sundays and bank holidays will display an "N/A" to signify they are not available to select.

Remote/rural postcodes
Only standard delivery, taking up to 8 working days, is available to the postcode ranges listed below. An additional £5 supplement (£9.95 in total) will apply to cover the increased cost of delivery

Delivery status

How can I find out where my order is?

To find out the status of your order, click on the "Your Account" link on the top of any web page and sign in. Next, click on the "Order History" link. This will let you know if your order has been despatched.

Tracking your package

How do I track my package once it has been despatched?

You can track your package by going into the "Your Account" section of our website (to do this, click on the "Your Account" link located on the top of each page and sign in). Once there, click on the "Order history" link. Your orders will be listed in date order with despatched orders identifiable by a Despatched status. Click on the order number associated with the order you would like to track. It is on this page that you will see the tracking number. Click on the number to see where your package is (you may need to cut and paste the tracking number into the carriers web site).

Do all orders have tracking numbers?

All orders except those delivered by Royal Mail will be delivered with a tracking number. In addition, we may not have been provided with this information on some items delivered directly from the manufacturer.
